Yes, we offer comprehensive support through our Aircraft on Ground (AOG) service. When an aircraft experiences an unplanned outage and needs to be back in service as quickly as possible, every minute counts. That’s exactly where we come in.
Our team responds promptly to AOG requests and coordinates all necessary measures—from rapid fault diagnosis and the provision of spare parts to on-site repairs. You benefit from well-established processes, high flexibility, and direct communication.
The goal is always to keep downtime to a minimum and to restore flight operations quickly and safely.
