Yes, we offer comprehensive support through our Aircraft on Ground (AOG) service. When an aircraft experiences an unplanned outage and needs to be back in service as quickly as possible, every minute counts. That’s exactly where we come in.

Our team responds promptly to AOG requests and coordinates all necessary measures—from rapid fault diagnosis and the provision of spare parts to on-site repairs. You benefit from well-established processes, high flexibility, and direct communication.

Der Bereich für erfahrene Fachkräfte richtet sich an Mitarbeitende mit abgeschlossener Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung. Die Ausbildung bietet einen strukturierten Einstieg ins Berufsleben. Sie verbindet theoretische Grundlagen mit praktischer Arbeit im Betrieb und vermittelt Schritt für Schritt die erforderlichen fachlichen und organisatorischen Kompetenzen. Ziel ist eine fundierte Qualifikation mit langfristiger Perspektive.

Im dualen Studium werden akademische Inhalte mit praktischer Berufserfahrung kombiniert. Studierende arbeiten parallel zum Studium im Unternehmen, lernen betriebliche Abläufe kennen und wenden ihr Wissen direkt an. Der Fokus liegt auf Praxisnähe, Verantwortungsübernahme und fachlicher Vertiefung.

Ein Praktikum dient dem Kennenlernen des Berufsfelds und des Arbeitsumfelds. Es ermöglicht Einblicke in Abläufe, Aufgaben und Anforderungen des jeweiligen Bereichs. Je nach Dauer und Schwerpunkt steht das Mitwirken an Projekten oder das Sammeln erster praktischer Erfahrungen im Vordergrund.
